*ahem*  Just trying the place out.  This is the first post of what I hope will be a frequently updated and visited photo-stream.  At first the content of all the posts here will be rather eclectic, most likely untimely and probably just plain old pictures as I try to recap on some bygone eras to get this thing started.  Nothing will be in order or even necessarily grouped properly, but it will all be searchable and indexable through the Categories menu on the side.
